Welcome to Excel Lacrosse in Bend, Oregon. We are coached by John Baumann, Luke Hansen, other local varsity program coaches, and collegiate lacrosse alumni. Our athletes are introduced to high-level coaching and skill building at an early age. Players build their lacrosse IQ and relationships with future teammates and coaches. We strive for consistency in program alignment, approach, and fundamentals to give our athletes the best lacrosse experience in Central Oregon.

Coach Baumann and Coach Hansen have a combined 30 plus years of lacrosse program building experience in the Pacific Northwest. With a combined 300 plus varsity wins, each holding a State Coach of the Year Award, and over 25 years of combined varsity head coaching experience, Excel Lacrosse offers the best program experience in Central Oregon.

With the growing demand for high-level instruction during the off-season, Excel Lacrosse aims to connect the dots with the local varsity program.
